I wanted to try the Hououmita. I succeeded in getting this one too.
And it seems to be a limited edition.
The rice polishing rate was 35%. It had a sweet fruit aroma and taste.
Not only is it sweet, but it also has a strong aftertaste that makes it easy to drink. It goes well with both fish and grilled chicken. It also goes well with Western ham and other salty foods.
