I had this on the night of my business trip to Yamagata.
It was quite ordinary for me.
It was summery and light, and I remember it went well with taro stew and toro sashimi.
I received this on the night of my business trip to Yamagata.
It seemed to be just fine to me. It went well with the local dish of green vegetables and yaki.
It is delicious, but the sweetness and the lingering aroma on the palate are strong, so you may not like it.
Personally, I prefer Natsugin Light Nigori.
Keisaku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw (2021)
Just delicious.
It's the thickest of all the Keisaraku I've had, but it's fresh and easy to drink. It is also very easy to drink, and yet the aromatic taste of the sake spreads in the mouth, and the sense of release from the nose is just right...
Keisaraku Junmai Ginjo (2040) Hi-ire
Not as acidic or fruity as Origarami, and more rice-like, but with a refreshing flavor that spreads in the mouth and is very easy to drink. Of course, it's very tasty and you can't stop drinking it. As with Origarami, no hangover.
It's good!
Because of the oregano, it has a slight carbonation, but it is easy to drink.
It doesn't have a bad taste, but it leaves an aroma in your mouth.
It's really delicious!
