Once again, the one-per-person requirement meant that there was only one bottle left.
I was going to skip it this time, but I couldn't do it after all.
I bought a bottle of my favorite sake, Tazake.
And it was still delicious. The balance of sweetness and sharpness is perfect.
I have only had the white label, so I can't wait to try a different one.
