熊谷 朋之The next brand name is Shoryu Horai.
This sake is from the same brewery as Zanso Horai.
I drank it with that image in mind, but it was totally different.
If anything, it was a little dry and robust.
If I had to pick a favorite, I would say I prefer Zanzo-Horai.

The 4th picture is the highlight of Ginjo Tuna Restaurant, Shijimi Soup.
For some reason, it goes very well with sake.

Compared to the previous brand, this one is sweeter and more mature, but it seems to go more smoothly.

This is a very experimental brand and seems to be limited in number.
It tasted delicious and I was lucky in a way to be able to drink such a limited edition! 熊谷 朋之Next, Takachiyo's special junmai.

Oh, it is indeed a honjozo.
It's not a brand I would normally choose, but since the system allows small quantities and you pour it yourself, I matched it with tuna chutoro (medium fatty tuna).

Up until now, Yokoyama SILVER has met two types of sake: "Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo-Shu Super-Harsh 7" and "Fire-aged Junmai-Ginjo-Shu Super-Harsh 7", so we decided to register this "Hiyoroshi" as a new sake 🤗.
It's a sharp and dry sake. It feels especially spicy since the sake before this one was a slightly sweet sake😅.
