Next up was Ichinoya Kei Junmai Daiginjo from Nagano.
Ichinoya is known for its Ryusuisen.
I drank it with that image in mind, but everything tasted mature and clean.
The umami of the rice can certainly be felt.
The concept is probably different.
If anything, I would say it is more of a food sake.
I had it with tempura. 😄
