From the first sip to the aftertaste, it has a strong impression of acidity and bitterness. It may not be my favorite sake by itself, but when I had it with beef tongue, the oil in my mouth disappeared and it was nice and refreshing.
After about two years, I drank it and it was sweet, tart, and fruity on the palate. The aftertaste is like raisins. It is not bad, but I like it.
