Sweet, refreshing, and easy to drink 🍶. It has less alcohol than "Yokoyama", which I drank before, and feels like a juice. What is "Arahashiri"? It is the first sake that comes out when sake is squeezed, and it is the part that is naturally produced by the weight of the moromi without any pressure. Since it is the part that comes out naturally without pressure, it has a strong and gorgeous aroma. It is also the first part to come out, so it has a slightly rough taste, but it is also an addictive flavor. by saketimes

*The name of the restaurant went to Ketobashiya Hanare 🐢Suppon, horse sashimi ♡🐴. The first sip is sweet ♡ but not too strong! It was delicious ‼️ I felt a nice harmony and tanginess when I drank it after eating something sweet. It goes really well with soupon soup (seafood type)! Soup split! Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki Kake rice: 100% Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol: over 16° and under 17°. According to the manager, Drinks go well with the exact opposite! Oily food like fried chicken is carbonated! Red wine and stinky cheese. Sake does not go well with oily food because it clings to it.

Clear, sweet and easy to drink♡♡♡♡ Thank you Shiga-san, the always polite owner of ❤️ for teaching me about sake 😊. Item: Sake, between 15 and 16% alcohol by volume. Ingredients: 20% Yamadanishiki, 80% Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 55% for kake rice Normally, sake is hi-ire three times before shipping, but if it is not hi-ire, the raw sake gradually oxidizes. Hi-ire = adding water to the sake to heat it up (lower the alcohol content) and preserve its flavor.

Great sweetness, but more moderate than Shirakawa-go. Delicious♡Hmmm, I see how to read the acidity 🧐 but apparently you can't read the taste just by the acidity. I wonder if the sake degree is also helpful! It is easy to drink with a moderate alcohol content 🍶I didn't really feel the nigori's characteristic ball left in the bottle. Does that make sense? I heard it tastes great with peach liqueur: ❤️ Item: Sake, 17% alc. Ingredients: 100% Akebono Rice polishing ratio: 65%, Acidity: 1.5 (± 0.2) How to describe the acidity High acidity cancels out sweetness, making it spicy and thick, also known as mellow. When acidity is low, it is harmonious and gives the sake a refreshing, light feeling, or what is called "light. The role of acidity in sake is to create a sharpness in the sake. The average acidity is between 1.3 and 1.5, so if the acidity is lower than the average, the sake is more "light"; if the acidity is lower than 1.4, the sake is softer and fresher. There is also a difference in water. Fukuoka's water is sweeter in the southern part of the country. Sake from Miyagi or the northern part of Japan is spicy, even if it is labeled as sweet.

Sharp, juicy mouthfeel, and what a ranking #7! How impressive ✨🥺It was exactly muscat! Sweet, easy to drink, and smells so refreshingly good when you put your nose close to it 💐 Great with sushi too ⭐︎⭐︎ I wanted to upload only nigori sake, but then I realized that there are more sweet sake. I'm not sure what you mean by "autumn-aged" sake ➖. The term "hiyaoroshi" refers to the "state" of sake that has matured over the summer and is shipped at room temperature in the fall, when the outside temperature is cooler. by delicioussake Item: Sake, 14% alc. It was probably the easiest drink I've ever had, just because it's called peach! It has a 🧐 slight peach aroma 🍑. Reason for purchase→Most colored sakes until now have been liqueurs, but this one is a sake made from domestic rice. The yeast itself is red, hence the pink color. Item: Sake, 12-13% alcohol by volume Rice polishing ratio: 65% (Akebono) Amino acidity: 1.0, Acidity: 3.8, Sake meter: -44

Apparently it is the best sake in Japan ‼︎‼︎‼︎ It was sweet, rich and delicious ❣️ The motsu nabe I had at Yuhime-san @ Abiko Osaka was miso flavored. And the noodles with shime was delicious 🍜♡♡ Item: Sake, unpasteurized Rice polishing ratio: 50%, alcohol 15 I heard it goes for about 20,000-40,000 yen on the market! Here it was 900 yen, cheap!

Sake I drank at Ichizen in Okayama Prefecture. It was recommended to me as it was sour but sweet in the store. It was sweet at first, but when it goes down your throat, it's spicy. It goes really well with sea bream sashimi. ❤️ I wonder if the dry sake goes well with soy sauce 🧐 I'm too inexperienced to understand the sourness. ‼︎‼︎ ( ;) I heard "Kamishin" is sweet and recommended! It's been a while since I've had nigori sake: ❤️ I still like nigori! Since it was described as a "big sweet" sake, I was expecting a sweet toro like Shirakawa-go, but the high alcohol content made it more guttural than sweet! I like it though! I wonder if it had a rice-like taste. I guess 3-4 different alcohol content makes a difference 😲 Is this the limit for me (?)? 😇😭 Item: Sake, Polishing ratio: 70%. Alcohol: 18.5 degrees, Sweetness/Salty: Very sweet 720ml : 1,550 yen (tax included)

The mouthfeel is dry for a moment! But it disappears quickly. In the end, it's easy to drink even for me✨. I guess it's a bit thin in terms of richness? I'm not sure 🧐. Item: Sake, 16% alc. Polishing ratio: 70%, Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki from Shinshu What is Nakadori? The order in which the sake comes out when the finished mash is pressed. The sake that comes out first is called "araashibari". The part that comes out in the middle after arashibari is "nakatori" (chukkumi, chudare), The part that comes out last is called "SOME (oshikiri)". Nakadori" is clear and has the cleanest quality. It has an excellent balance of flavor and aroma, and is characterized by a calm and mellow taste. It is generally considered to be the best part of the sake, and sake made from only this portion is often exhibited at sake competitions. by SAKE HACK 1800ml: 2,750 yen (tax included) 720ml: 1,540 yen (tax included)

Feels sweet and full-bodied! I think the sweetness is stronger! It's easy to drink again 🤨! Sake day! It goes really well with the anglerfish I had with it! History: New Toji ‼︎‼︎ Item: Sake, Ingredients: 55% Kakemai rice, 50% Koji rice Alcohol 16 degrees, Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki What is fresh sake? Normal sake is fired twice, once before storage and once just before shipping. Sake that is never fired is called nama-shu, sake that is fired only once before storage is called nama-packing, and sake that is fired before shipping is called nama-storage. Like nama-shu, it has a fresh and crisp flavor, but the acidity is relatively lower and the taste is mellower than that of nama-shu. Because it is stored after the fermentation process has been stopped by hi-ire, the quality of the sake is more stable than that of nama-zake. by Sake Mizuki 1,800ml - 3,357 yen (tax included) 720ml - 1,639 yen (tax included)

It does not have a sake-like taste (i.e., the spicy taste of sake) and is easy to drink like a juice! It is similar to Haruzion, which I posted before. It is similar to Harjion, which I posted before, but with a stronger mellowness. The label on the back of the bottle says what kind of rice it goes well with. ❣️ Limited edition for fall! Item: Sake, Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol 15%, Rice used: Gohyakumangoku What is ➖On the basis of the traditional Japanese sake brewing method? A traditional method of sake brewing that was mainstream during the Edo period. The process of growing lactic acid bacteria from scratch along with the survival of nature. I bought it during my trip to Otaru, because it is a traditional Ainu sake and limited to Otaru. ✈️ It has a low alcohol content and is light, sweet and easy to drink.
