ひなたまひる
Encounter at a sake tasting at the Japanese Sake Information Center in Toranomon, Tokyo. I liked it best compared to three famous sakes. It has a subtle acidity that I like as a citrus lover. Is it similar to amanatsu? I will definitely find it and buy it.
