I opened a bottle of Tasake because tomorrow is a substitute holiday😁Last year, I drank Yamahai and was impressed by how good Tasake was. This year they did not sell yamahai so I chose this one.
The umami and acidity are exquisite 😂It is not light, but easy to drink. I wonder if this kind of thing is called mellow?
I can drink a lot.
We had it with the rest of yesterday's chicken broth nabe, gyoza and crab cake tempura.
There is still some Sanko Masamune left ( ;)) I can't even drink a full bottle.
