This time it is Omachi from "Hanayuup" 🧡 . **The last time I tasted Rikuwada, I had an image that bitterness was quite strong right after opening the bottle. This time, the Omachi was based on a refreshing sweetness and acidity, and I didn't feel that much bitterness. The overall finish is fruity, so I guess it is the Jyushidai brewing method that makes it so easy to drink 💕.

I was surprised that there was much more bitterness than I expected.
