The taste is sweet and fruity, reminding me of 寫楽 at one time. Suehiro Shuzo had a classic image, but this is a new answer.
I feel the potential of Fukushima, which can produce such a great flavor even with local rice "Yume-no-Ka".
To be honest, it is not something you can drink many glasses of. However, it certainly has a buzzing impact.
It has been called the "second Tobiroki," but I personally don't think so. However, it seems to me that it is the Xth brewery.
