Naniwa no Masamune-san.
It's a really funny name.
This sake gives the impression of being sweet.
Even though it is sweet, it is very sharp. I think it is a mellow sweet sake.
It is very delicious!

When we think of Osaka, we think of Akirika!
This sake is made in the town of Nose in the northern part of the city.
This one is clear and colorless. It gave the impression of a light, easy-to-drink food sake.
The wife of the next president poured it for me. It's great!

Next is Tomikunishiki from Hyogo. Fu." which I drank before was very delicious.
This time I chose sparkling.
It is nice! It is very shwashy.
The taste is not sweet at all, but it gives a Japanese impression, as if the sake were sparkling.
The label is pure white. I wondered, "What's really going on here?" I searched for the label on the Internet and found it to be pure white (lol).
And the price was 4,950 yen. Wow!

I was looking forward to this event!
27 breweries will be lined up in 2 prefectures in Kansai.
Here is the first one. This is Nara Prefecture's favorite toast sake.
I finally got to meet them.
I greeted the brewer, saying, "I'm here for the Joyous Light.
The sake is poured into a special glass.
Oh, it's so sweet! It is a mellow group of sake.
It also had a thickening effect. It might be just about as good on the rocks as it is on the rocks!
It was no small pleasure. It was a very pleasant drink!

Nechi from Nechiozan, which is not seen very often.
There were many different rice varieties, but we chose the Koshitanrei 1st class rice 2020.
Nechi is only available at authorized dealers.
It was easy to drink with a beautiful taste and a hint of sweetness.

A collaboration between Setsunan University, Neyagawa's Beldari Shopping Street, and Yoneyoshi Shoten, a liquor store in Neyagawa.
Brewed by Yamano Shuzo of Katano Sakura.
The booth was visited by students from Setsunan University
The rice is Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui
It is sweet, but the strength is high, and it is quite gutsy and interesting.
It might be good on the rocks or with soda.

I'm proud as a citizen of Fukui to have Fukui rice chosen as the rice for such a sake ✨.

Muraki Grocery Store.
In 2022, they are reviving a sake called Hatasho, which was sold at his grandfather's grocery store to revitalize the local community, for the first time in 14 years.
This is not a sake brewery, but Aichi Sake Brewery in Aisho-cho, the same town where the store is located, has been commissioned to produce it.
The rice is locally grown Ginfukiyuki rice.

It has a lot of acidity. It seems to be a food sake type.
There seems to be a slight sense of maturity.
I guess there's a consignment fee and all, but 5,000 yen seems a bit steep.

When I googled it, I found only unfiltered raw sake, but this one seems to be bottle-heated and fire-aged.
Elegant and gorgeous ginjo aroma.
Juicy sweet flavor. Many daiginjos from Ehime have a classic taste, but this one has a modern taste that I like.
I can't afford to buy it because it costs 4,000 yen for a 4-pack, but it's absolutely delicious 😋.

The same people from Takashimaya and the Japanese Sake Festival were there, and when Nemuchi-san greeted them, the brewery staff seemed to remember him😊.
