ねむちMoriguchi Keihan Department Store Sake Festival (5)
Hatasho Ver.1 Junmai Ginjo Hara Sake
Mellow and mature, with soft flavor and a hint of sweetness. Aged 2 years in bottle.
It was easier to drink than Ver.2 and Ver.3 which we drank before.
Here, too, I took a picture with the sake 📸. boukenKeihan Department Store Japanese Sake Festival (5)
Among the Hokuriku sake, there is a sake that looks like something I've seen somewhere...
It was Hatashou-san who came to Ogimachi Park.
The distributor was also there and remembered Nemuchi-san 😁.
There was Ver.1 that I didn't bring last time, so I tried to drink it.
Although it has a matured taste, it is sweeter than Ver.2 and Ver.3, and I think I like this one the best! ねむちOSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024 (1929)
We went to the Sakenote booth for the second time to use two tickets.
The second time to use two tickets at the same booth.
The second time to use two tickets at the booth of Sakenote.
It has a strong acidity, classical taste, and a little bit matured.
I was allowed to take a picture this time too😅. ねむちOSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024③.
Still not knowing the gist of the event, I wandered around and went next to the booth of Sakenote, LLC.
I wanted to try the sake from Muraki Grocery Store in Shiga Prefecture, which I had wanted to try from prior information.
Muraki Grocery was once run by Shigekazu Muraki as part of his town development efforts, and now his grandson has taken over the reins and will restart the business in 2021.
The following year, the shop was revived, starting with rice cultivation of sake rice "Ginfubuki" and raising funds for the revival of "Hatasho" on "CAMPFIRE".
The brewing is outsourced to Aichi Sake Brewery in Shiga Prefecture.
Hatashou ver. 3
Junmai sake with a strong alcohol taste and a full-bodied flavor and sake-like sensation.
It is an expensive sake, costing 5,000 yen per bottle. A bit expensive😅. boukenOSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑯.
Muraki Grocery Store.
In 2022, they are reviving a sake called Hatasho, which was sold at his grandfather's grocery store to revitalize the local community, for the first time in 14 years.
This is not a sake brewery, but Aichi Sake Brewery in Aisho-cho, the same town where the store is located, has been commissioned to produce it.
The rice is locally grown Ginfukiyuki rice.
The rice is locally grown Ginbuki Yuki.
It has a lot of acidity. It seems to be a food sake type.
There seems to be a slight sense of maturity.
I guess there's a consignment fee and all, but 5,000 yen seems a bit steep. マナチーHi bouken😃The mosaic is insane 🤣‼️ is 5,000 yen for Junmai Ginjo, that's pretty good 😇. boukenGood evening, Mr. Manachy.
This mosaic is madness by Dr. Google 🤣.
I guess I don't have to hide my face since I'm showing it on social media 🤔 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
