Since it was a ticketed event, I couldn't waste my money and drank while sharing the brands I had never drunk before....
But there were so many brands I've never had before😅.
I've seen it before, but I've never bought it. I took this opportunity to drink it.
It has a slightly traditional Yamahagase atmosphere, with an impressive acidity. It has a thick and mild mouthfeel.
I would like to try this directly pumped nama sake because it seems to have a good reputation.
