OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑥
Moved to the Yomiuri Shimbun booth. They had a collection of sake from breweries all over Japan. There were many sakes that I had never heard of 😳.
Chiyonokame is a sake brewery that is a member of the Meimon Sake Association, but is rarely seen. (The name has now been changed to Chiyonokame Sake Brewery.
Here is another sake using Sakurahime yeast!
Polishing ratio 45%.
Ehizake is a word for Ehime sake and is a registered trademark of this brewery.
I think it was sweeter and more to my liking than the rabbit ballerina I just had. I forgot to take notes💦.
You can't buy it at this booth, but I checked and it's priced at 3300 yen for a 4-pack.

Good morning bouken 🐥.
I've never seen this brand before 😳Every time I read a review of an event or a brewery tour, I'm amazed at how many sake breweries I don't know about 😊.
I'm worried about the earthquake in Ehime and Kochi 😰.

Hi Ponchan 😃
I was so busy seeing all the breweries that I had never seen before 😁.
Ehime has many small breweries so I was worried but I guess it was ok because no information came up 🤔.
