ねむちOSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024④.
Legendary bouken-san asked me if I had drunk this sake. I went to the booth of Tsurusaka Seminar of Setsunan University to have a drink.
It was a collaboration between Setsunan University's Tsurusaka Seminar and Yoneyoshi Shoten of Neyagawa's Otoshi Shotengai, and was brewed by Yamano Sake Brewery.
Both collaborations I know well🤣.
The people who handled the event were Setsunan University students.
Their youth is dazzling ✨😑.
Belle Plus Junmai Ginjo
It has a slight aroma, a slight sweetness, and a bitterness. The alcohol content is 17%, and it comes with a bit of a kick.
I thought it might be a little tough for young sake beginners.
He said that since he does not have a license to sell sake, he can only pour it and sell it, not the whole bottle. boukenOSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024 (1929)
A collaboration between Setsunan University, Neyagawa's Beldari Shopping Street, and Yoneyoshi Shoten, a liquor store in Neyagawa.
Brewed by Yamano Shuzo of Katano Sakura.
The booth was visited by students from Setsunan University
The rice is Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui
It is sweet, but the strength is high, and it is quite gutsy and interesting.
It might be good on the rocks or with soda. ジャイヴHello bouken!
This is a perfect bottle to revitalize the local community and to show the attractiveness of sake to students and other young people 😁.
I'm proud as a citizen of Fukui to have Fukui rice chosen as the rice for such a sake ✨. boukenGood evening Mr. Jive 😃.
I thought it was local sake rice since it's a local revitalization, but it was Fukui Gohyakumangoku, which was surprising ✨.
We sometimes have collaborations with universities, but shopping malls are rare 😳. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
