At the same Sakenote booth, we shared a little bit at a time with Mr. Bouken as we toured the booth.

A refreshing sake with a tight acidity. Olive yeast is used.

Shodoshima Sake Brewery. I have never had this sake before, but I have the impression that it has many unusual names such as Bibibibi and Fufufu.
Junmai Daiginjo with olive yeast
It's pretty ordinary for the 4000 yen it costs...
It has a strong sake taste.
I remember Nemuchi and I were both mmm🤔.
