Jogawago, a name you've heard of but never seen before
A 500ml bottle for the sake competition 😳
I googled it and it looks like it costs about 3000 yen.
It was fruity, dry, beautiful and expensive sake!
I wonder if it's hard to make it unique when the rice is polished 🤔.
The basic taste is so similar that it's hard to understand 💦.
I drank Ehime sakes with similar specs in rapid succession, so my impressions of other sakes may be mixed up 🙄.
