Is it a sake consulting business? Is it a kind of company? Sake was available for purchase at this booth.
Totally new to me, Utsunomiya Sake Brewery.
For a moment I thought "Tochigi Ai🥰? I thought it was Tochigi Ai🥰, but it was a sake from Ehime Prefecture. It has the same name as Shiki Sakura's Utsunomiya Shuzo 😅.
This one seems to be named after the brewer, Utsunomiya.
I drank
Hanakami
Sake made with peach-colored yeast. I didn't realize it was peach yeast when I drank it😅It was sweet and delicious!
Rabbit Ballerina Special Junmai
It seems to be made with a flower yeast called Sakurahime.
It is said to be sweet, but I didn't feel much sweetness.
I bought Hanakami, which was really delicious 😋.

Utsunomiya sake brewery in Ehime 😳something like a relative 🥰 😆 I don't think I've ever seen it even in Sake no Wa 🤔.
