ぬまのー10 year old drink! LOL!
Collaboration with a sake brewery!
(This is where I work)
It tastes all kinds of bad lol! myPolished rice 55
Sweetness is strong, with a little bit of acidity. Jyushidai does not betray. myRice polishing 55%.
More sweetness, typical Fukuda flavor myNigori Kai! Full of thick and delicious flavor! myAkita Sake Komachi 65%.
It's been a long time since I've had a tingly fizzy, sweet feeling. After all, Ecru seems to go well with cheese or alone. myFreshly squeezed.
The smoothness is stronger, the sweetness is stronger, and it's the usual New Moon. It's here. myIt is the driest sake and easy to drink. But it is not watery, and you can feel the deliciousness of the sake. After all, Tobiroki is good! myThe ethanol smell and density is similar to Mutsu Hassen's summer ginjo. And sweet. I want to drink more refreshing sake. mySweet and sour. Not a good match for oysters🦪. Should be drunk on its own at the end of the day. Very flavorful sake. myYamada Nishiki 55%.
I don't remember it anymore, but I thought it was a dry sake that was easy to drink and had a good flavor. It was a good sake that didn't need any snacks. myMiyamanishiki 50%.
There is a fizzy feeling on the tongue. As it gets to room temperature, the fizzy feeling disappears and the taste becomes sweet, similar to our Spring. I like to drink it cold with a meal. myIt was sweet, tart and sweet (I think) and would go well with cheese. myI was told it was aged for a year, but the expansiveness won out over the richness. It has a long aftertaste. It goes well with smoked fish and namero. I don't feel like it's aged at all in terms of being able to enjoy it very much. I can drink this as much as I want😋. myYumeno Koka 50%.
I can only remember that it became noticeably lukewarm and thicker when the temperature rose. When served cold, it is rather refreshing. ぴざ小僧The aroma is just like sake.
There is no sweet or spicy aroma.
Smooth
Dry taste
You will feel it afterwards.
When you drink it all at once, there is a sweetness on the tongue. It is dry in the throat.
This is the sake that they recommend at the shop.
When it comes to Ehime, it's Gagiya!
They want people to think of Ehime as Kagiya! ぴざ小僧I'm drunk.
The waitresses here are young and talkative.
(Maybe it's just my imagination, but I'm drunk...)
This is the first time I drank Nabeshima here, and the second time since then, but I can say it's delicious!
It's easy to drink and disappears quickly!
I haven't seen this brand in the shops yet, but if I could, I would buy any of them! ぴざ小僧Tobiroki is good.
Sweet taste
It goes in smoothly and the flavor spreads slowly.
I can't express this flavor in words yet.
Your instinct is telling you to savor it slowly. ぴざ小僧The most recent nigorizake I drank was Senkou Snowball.
It's a different kind of nigorizake in that it melts slowly.
It is sweet at first, but gradually becomes dry.
It's not bitter, but dry!
It goes well with oysters, let's wait a little longer! ぴざ小僧Sweet
Tingling sensation
Sharp, but not strong
A pleasant little bitterness that increases with the oysters ぴざ小僧The first 14yo I drank at another izakaya before was a Junmai Daiginjo from Sake-Mirai.
And this time, for some reason, I came across a Junmai Ginjo from Sake Mirai.
How does a different percentage make a difference....
I honestly don't know!
It had a honey-like sweetness, melon and fruitiness, but I think this one felt more refreshing.
It is a ginjo in terms of ease of drinking. But if I'm going to repeat, I think Daiginjo is the best. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
