Slightly effervescent.
Strong green apple-like aroma. I always wonder if it tastes like this even though it is rice. It is the same feeling as Shinmasa.
The price is high, but it can't be helped because it tastes so good.
There is nothing to say about the taste.

I like Tedorigawa, but this one seems a little harsh or thick. I prefer Junmai Daiginjo Tedorigawa.

It is easy to drink because it is refreshing despite being a strong flavor. Even if you don't drink it quickly but savor it, you can drink it because it doesn't have any harshness. I also like the aroma. I can see why so many people like Isshaku Suisei.
