I bought this sake because it was introduced in a magazine and I found it at a local liquor store. The taste is more harmonious after 2 days (I'm drinking it now) than when the bottle was first opened. The harmony of the flavor and rice flavor is good.

It has been a long time since I have had an alcoholic sake, which I realized after purchasing it. I would like to drink northern sake more consciously in the future. I thought that alsobe was possible for summer sake. It has a gentle sweetness and a refreshing sharpness. It has no habits and is easy to drink.

It has been a long time since I have had a sake from Niigata! Comparing the first and third days after opening the bottle, the piquancy has decreased, but the sweetness and riceiness have increased to achieve a good balance. Compared to Tenbi, a famous sake in this series, it has a more mature aftertaste than Tenbi. It is a Niigata sake, but the rice and koji are both produced in Okayama. (I prefer local production for local consumption.)

I had it chilled to a crisp. It is very easy to drink with a refreshing apple-like sweetness and acidity. The label says it is "orikarami" but I did not feel that much residual flavor. It is very tasty.

Natsunokotobuki has not been available for a long time. The label is as nice as ever and puts you in the mood to enjoy summer.  It is a voluminous sake with a strong flavor, with umami, acidity, and spiciness coming through.

 I can have a safe dobro this year too. I am happy 😁. I let it settle in the fridge so it opened easily. Once poured, the inside of the bottle was shrieking all at once. The tailings mix by themselves and the bottle turns beautifully white and cloudy.  It tastes great every year. That is why I love summer sake. I feel like I am ready for the summer season. It gives me the energy to enjoy summer to the fullest this year without getting tired.

 I had it last year and it is very delicious. It is my favorite flavor. It is clean, juicy, and has a strong flavor that spreads in the mouth. It goes well with meat dishes to prevent summer fatigue.

 We were able to get it again this year. However, the four-pack bottles were sold out, so I bought it in a one-pack bottle. You can taste a lot of it.  We had it with sashimi of Japanese anchovy, which is in season. It is delicious. It is definitely delicious.

I forgot to make a reservation, but I went to my usual restaurant to see if I could get a bite, and they managed to keep it: ✌️ It's been a long time since I've tasted Kangiku and Yumachi! This is my first time to try TRUE, but it still has the usual Kangiku-like sweetness and gasiness, as well as the tropical and thick flavor of Yumachi. It's the first time for me to try TRUE, but I can't help but smile with a sense of security and nostalgia as it shows 100% of its potential right from the first sip 😁.

First time at Haneya! When I opened the bottle, I could hear the sound of the stopper popping! The first day after opening the bottle, I thought, "Oh, this is Haneya! I want to compare it with Nabeshima! After 3 days, the gassiness was gone to a certain extent. The first day was the best lol!

 Sake Future Hanamup. I wonder if Jyushiyo tastes like this. I don't know because I've never had it before (^_^; ).  But every Hana Yuu is delicious.

 Hanayu Rikuwada, which I was shocked to receive last year. Last time it was fire-roasted, but this time it is fresh.  It is very tasty. It is just delicious.  The raw one is a little fresher. The fire-roasted one tastes more astringent, though you can feel the chirpiness. Personally, I prefer the fire-roasted one, but both of them are very tasty. I would love to try the other one.

 I think that more and more liquor stores around here are carrying various brands of Senkou recently. I am very happy to see it.  The taste is clean and juicy with a soft acidity. Delicious.

Polishing rice 80% al 17 degrees. There are still many sake from Hiroshima that I have not tasted. The price is easy to reach for me (1,265 yen including tax). It is refreshingly dry. The high alcohol content makes it worth drinking. The richness of the rice is restrained. It does not have any distinctive character, but it could be a standard sake as a mealtime drink. I paired it with hamburgers, and it went well with them.
