I was able to get one bottle left at the end of last year! When I opened the bottle, it was quite a bit schwarzier and felt spicier than I expected (even though I like spiciness), but after about 3 days, I was convinced it was good.
After about 3 days, I was satisfied with the taste. It was a bit dry than I expected (even though I like dry sake), but after 3 days, I was satisfied with the taste. If you like nigori sake because it is sweet, you may be disappointed, but if you like dry junmai sake like I do, this nigori is perfect for you.
