Timeline
ボビバレPolishing rice 80% al 17 degrees. There are still many sake from Hiroshima that I have not tasted. The price is easy to reach for me (1,265 yen including tax). It is refreshingly dry. The high alcohol content makes it worth drinking. The richness of the rice is restrained. It does not have any distinctive character, but it could be a standard sake as a mealtime drink. I paired it with hamburgers, and it went well with them. Rishu It has a gorgeous aroma and goes down smoothly. It is not spicy, but has a tangy sweet flavor with a little bit of alcohol. The rice used is "Comet". I like it.
It is not that refreshing, but it has a strong flavor. It is delicious. Rishu The mouthfeel is sweet, and the sour and spicy flavors come quickly. The taste is gentle, yet stimulating and delicious. Rishu The Junmai Nigori was so good the other day that I bought it immediately. It is delicious. The taste is clean, but with a hint of acidity and a deliciously lively flavor. Rishu Delicious! I've had a variety of nigori since the end of last year, and this is by far the most delicious. It is exactly what an adult yogurt is. I love the bitter taste that lingers at the end. ののさんNew Year's Eve at my parents' house.
I brought Miyazumi Hatsu Shibori nigori sake and Banshu Issen.
I chilled them in the freezer right before, but the lid blew off!
The sweetness and acidity are better balanced at room temperature, and the sake goes down a treat.
It's sushwewty, sweet, mildly bitter, and delicious! I'm not a big fan of fire-aged sake, including Sharaku, but the nama-zake is excellent! ののさんShinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake Online Competition lost miserably, so I opened a bottle to heal my wounds.
Kangiku shows its full potential from the first sip! I really like the unique gorgeousness in the mouth, and it heals as expected. ののさんHey, this is too good! ∑It's too good!
I had high expectations for this first nigori sake with the same specs as Ginkai (Departure), but it was so far above and beyond that I lost my vocabulary.
The carbonation and bright acidity made it dry and silky for a moment, followed by the usual Kangiku-like sweetness and flavor, which slowly seeped into the tongue with a hint of bitterness.
It is the kind of sake that can be drunk on its own in no time, without the need for an appetizer.
Come to think of it, someone once described it as an adult's calpis soda, and it certainly makes sense. えりりんNono-san konban-ha (´´Thank you for your decision.)
It's an adult calpis soda.
I have a stock of it at home and I'm looking forward to opening the bottle🎶. ののさんHave fun Erin! I'm due to land another one today, but this time of year tends to be a bit of a nigiri fest 😁. Rishu It's refreshing, sweet, tasty, and a little bit sharp. It tastes like a new sake. It is delicious. ののさんIt was so good that I drank up all the yellow electric chrysanthemum in a week. Is my liver OK?
I'm in perfect physical condition, so I'm going to start my "orikagarami" today!
As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gassy, dense, and gorgeous sweetness spreading at once. The acidity increases in the latter half of the bottle and gradually seeps into the tongue along with a slight bitterness.
Compared to the yellow wine, which has a refreshing aftertaste, the ogara-mi has a long aftertaste. I like both of them.
The yellow was completed 4~5 days after opening, so I wonder if this one will be completed over the weekend too. I'm looking forward to it! Rishu The taste is sweet and delicious in the mouth. The delicious, vivid umami comes in the mouth. On the first day, I also felt a little sourness, but from the second day onward, the umami flavor took precedence. I think it goes well with Japanese food with a strong flavor. ポンちゃんRishu, good evening 🌙
This sake is delicious! It has a strong flavor as reviewed and we had it with a meal😊It really is a sparkling one😆. RishuGood evening, Pon-chan.
It is really delicious, isn't it? I wonder if the bilious flavor is sparkling. It's perfect for a meal 😊. Rishu When the package is opened, it has a nice aroma of rice flavor. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and tasty just as you expect. It is more refreshing than firm, and the back of the mouth is tasty with a biting sensation. ののさんI was not able to buy this yellow electric chrysanthemum last year due to purchase restrictions. I was able to buy them over a year ago! I wrote in a post exactly one year ago that I wanted to buy both in one bottle next year, and it seems I got my wish 😁.
As you can see from the rich sweet aroma, it has a sticky mouthfeel with a slight sourness behind the sweetness. The aftertaste is clean and the umami lingers in the mouth and can be enjoyed for a long time.
I was hooked by the taste of last year's Densho-Kiku Ooragarami and have followed it for a year as much as possible. It is available locally and at a great price, so it has become a regular sake in our house that is never out of place. We are looking forward to a new Orikagarami product coming out next month. えりりんHoly shit!
I'm so jealous of your drinking comparison✨
I couldn't buy either of them this year....
ののさんErin, good evening and good morning 😊.
It's true that the name recognition, appreciation, and competition has gone up from last year. I call the local distributor on every brewery's shipping date to reserve a spot! Rishu Ahhh, delicious! The flavor gradually changes from a refreshing umami to a numbing umami. It seems to go well with a meal with a strong flavor. Anyway, it is delicious. Rishu The aroma and taste are mild but elegantly assertive, and it ends with a little acidity. It is full of flavor. It goes well with tasty sashimi. ののさんI always drink Kangiku, but this Monochrome is new to me. I heard that the rice has been changed to Yamashu No. 4 this year, but in any case, it is my first time drinking it, so I can't compare the two.
It has a moderate acidity and, as is typical of Kangiku, a sweetness and umami that is more gorgeous than usual.
It is really great that every sake has a core that is typical of Kangiku and expresses different scenes with subtle changes in nuance!
As the concept suggests, it is perfect for drinking on a cool autumn evening while reminiscing about summer 😊.
ののさんKangiku is no longer a definite must-have. We have great confidence in them, including the fact that we can buy them locally.
The last of the Kangiku summer sake trilogy. Sorakai→Aokkai→Ookkai. The subtitle of the trilogy is "ARRIVAL" and it is now complete.
Kukai has a pronounced acidity, Aokai has a gentle and clear flavor, and Chokai tastes like a middle ground between the previous two. The Kukai's acidity is calming and its umami has been fully absorbed. The juicy umami and the bitterness at the end are common to the trilogy.
I am very happy that I was able to enjoy all three bottles in one bottle this summer. I hope I can buy a bottle of chrome at the end of the month! Rishu The aroma is not that spectacular, and the sourness is clearly noticeable when you take a sip. There is a clear, subtle sweetness, but the acidity takes precedence. The low alcohol content of 13 degrees Celsius makes it a summer sake. It would be a good match with boiled hamo (hamo in soy sauce). Rishu Sparkling and mouthwatering. It has a refreshing sweetness, not too sweet, with a bitter aftertaste. Easy to drink and very tasty. Rishu I got Hanayuup for the first time a while ago when I saw a notice on the liquor store's blog that Hanayuup 4-gouple bottles were in stock.
After opening the bottle, it has a gorgeous aroma. In the mouth, it has a sweet and delicious flavor, followed by a slight sourness. It comes in easily, but the taste is firm. The flavor is not refreshing, but rather robust, but not dull.
The lingering aftertaste leaves the palate with a sense of being overwhelmed by the umami. Very tasty. Very tasty. Is this the kind of sake that can be enjoyed by itself? Anyway, it is a delicious sake and I am very impressed. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
