This is a bottle of Kabutomushi that I bought when I bought the bottle of Kabutomushi. I have some souvenirs from Yamanashi, but it was kind of hot, so I opened the bottle thinking I wanted something sparkling. I was looking for something light and cloudy with a good effervescence.
Sengame's Karukubaru was too heavy for me, but this one was fine 😆.
It has a sweet taste in the mouth, and it is not too much on the nose, so you can drink more and more of it! It is sweet at first but has a slightly dry aftertaste. I think it is a good sake for summer. The price was a little high because it is a daiginjo.
I paired it with fried lebanila, but it would go well with any dish.
It takes three weeks to empty a four-pack, but the fizz doesn't keep that long...
