Kabuto, this is my second submission. The first bottle was a gift, this one is for myself. It's a reward for a job well done this week 😆 It's my recent routine to open a bottle after a hard day's work.
No, it's delicious 😋.
It is crisp while retaining the unique flavor of sake. The acidity is nice! It seems to go well with any snacks.
I bought it on Maru's recommendation and it was the right decision ^ ^.
I usually don't drink even one cup of sake, but I drink too much 😵🍺.
The entrée is sauteed with olives and garlic. I bought black garlic because it was cheap, but I didn't know what to do with it, so I put it here 💧.
