Banana yeast Slightly peachy aroma. When you put it in your mouth, a firm, austere flavor spreads and disappears. I once took a bus to visit the brewery. The participants all loved sake and had a lot of fun with paid tastings. I wondered why so many young girls were suddenly coming to the brewery, but it turned out that they were introduced by Arashi at a concert or something. I would like to go again.

Raifuku Mellow that I got for Christmas I haven't been able to post it, but I saw it again at the beginning of the year in another place! Sweet berry scent. It's sweet, but somehow also refreshing. Last time I had it as my first cup, but this time I had it as my last cup. I wonder if I can have both.

White rice malt used Slight scent of rice As expected from white koji. Sourness punch out of the blue. The sourness lingers until the end. This is why it goes well with foods with a strong flavor.

I've never had a sake over 18 degrees before. It has a thick texture and intense flavor. The stimulation comes quickly and without miscellaneous flavors, as expected of Oku! Let's drink it slowly.
