いわじんUmakuchi, a little thick? いわじんclear and sweet (e.g. taste) いわじんBecause it's refreshingly good. いわじんSummer classic. Light, medium taste? Mashimashi. かなこI thought it was a rare sake from Tokyo!
It was good, but not great for the price...lol!
Yesterday was mainly about talking, so maybe I wasn't serious enough about drinking sake. かなこI love "Sai".
Sake named "summer" is already on the menu here and there.
I can feel summer..!
The name of the sake is "Natsu ni Mureru Yuki" which means "snow dreaming in summer" in Japanese.
It is nigori (cloudy) but refreshing and delicious! OgiyumiAwaji Island
Old Sake: Finally reaching room temperature!
Awaji Island, that island with brilliant sunshine, and old sake?
It might be interesting. OgiyumiAlthough it is called "kijoshu", it is not that dark and has a strong umami flavor. You can enjoy the lingering taste slowly. OgiyumiEasy to drink in contrast to the flashy label.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
It goes well with any meal.
Sake that can be used as a chaser? OgiyumiThe aroma is subtle.
The palate is crisp and tight.
The short aftertaste is also crisp.
I think it is strong, so it would go well with Chinese cuisine.
OgiyumiFinally, a visit!
The sweet aroma of yogurt
The pleasant sourness is irresistible!
I realized once again that sourness goes well with Japanese food!
The taste of soy sauce and mirin (sweet sake and sweet rice wine), like the taste of boiled vegetables, is combined with the acidic taste in the mouth! OgiyumiI had it for the first time, wanting to try it once. On the rocks, of course.
The aroma was more fruity than expected.
Chilled well, it also has an unexpectedly strong umami flavor.
The lower the temperature, the more refreshing it becomes.
Serve with mini curry to close out the meal. OgiyumiLactic acid aroma
One sip and you get a knockout punch!
But after a little while, it fades away nicely, and when you take another sip, it is a punch! The acidity is pleasant!
I am not familiar with Oita's sake, but it might be interesting. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
