Very interesting! I really felt "it goes well with food"! The first thing that hits the palate is the smell of dried and pickled vegetables. Is it a flavorful aroma? When you put it in your mouth, a moderate spiciness spreads. It is not fruity. Deep fried tempura of lotus root and burdock root. It tastes great when eaten together! I was a little surprised. No, I was quite surprised! It is a delicious food wine.

It doesn't say, but according to the Japan Famous Sake Association's website, it seems to be a hiyaoroshi-like sake. It is fruity and sweet, but maybe less so than the other Nagurayama sakes I have had. It also has a slight bitterness. I wrote a lot about it, but when I drank it again, it was just plain delicious😅.

At the hiyaoroshi event at the Hanshin Department Store Nishinomiya store, which was also posted by Pekkaaru. There were so many photos in the store that I couldn't take all of them 😅. I bought it because it made a good impression at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival. The rice is Yamadanishiki and Kinmonishiki Fruity and mature taste coexist. It's a bit dry with high alcohol content, but it has a strong umami taste. I think you can feel the gorgeousness more if you raise the temperature.

It was purchased at the "Hiyahoroshi and Autumn Delicacies" fair. *Currently closed 132 kinds of sake are lined up. Last time, I went in a straight line and didn't get lost. This time, I was lost for about 30 minutes.... I wandered to the right and to the left (sweat). In the end, for some reason, the "Sake Degree -4.7" was the deciding factor, and this was the one. The sake rice is Hitanishiki. Of course, this is my first time. It is very fruity and delicious. It is very fruity and tasty. It has a good mouthfeel and a sweetness that is not unpleasant. I would like to try the sake of the "Gokeijo" series.

Fair! There were a lot of "Aki-agari and Hiyadori" at the department store! This is a bottle I chose from among them! It is delicious! It also has a nice aroma. This aroma is called "Ginjo Aroma", isn't it? The slight gasiness and just the right amount of sweetness were outstanding!

Here's the last GW drink we had It was a sake brewery I knew nothing about. This sake was sold as a summer draft sake by the Japan Meimon Shukai. It seems it was the first sake from this year to be released as a Meimon Sake Kai sake. Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture, Sake meter value +3, No. 9 yeast Citrusy aroma. The impression is that it is quite sweet and has a rich umami flavor, making it very drinkable. It is not a modern type of sake, but it is quite drinkable. A little acidic? It's hard to drink by itself... It's hard to drink if you don't drink it while eating. I was looking up information on this sake and happened to find out that a liquor store in my neighborhood has started a social networking site 😳.

Danjiri, an annual festival held in my hometown during the GW holidays The festival started yesterday ☺️ morning, and the parade through the city... The festival was crowded with people from all over the city The festival was crowded with people from all over the city. It seems that the number of foreign tourists has been increasing recently. I feel like there are more and more tourists from abroad these days. ⁉️ The picture shows the lunch break after entering the shrine. Memorandum of Understanding Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15 Ingredients: Rice, domestic rice Koji, domestic rice Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo The sound of drums and bells echoing through the house The sound of taiko drums and bells echoing through the house, and the mood is lifted as we make offerings to the May festivals' ornaments I decided to take the silver plate that I had offered to the Kabuto (helmet) I decided to take it... 🤗 When I used to go to Niigata on business many times with my senpai who loves sake He always ordered Toyama's sake. It's a nostalgic brand that I used to drink together with him 🥰. Refreshing apple-like ginjo aroma. The impression on the palate is a little thin and light. and lightness in the mouth, but later on It has a dry and sharp taste. It somehow reminded me of those days 😊. Tomorrow is Tango no Sekku (Dragon Boat Festival) ❗️ We don't celebrate like we used to, but... My wife decorates the helmets every year 😀.

I don't usually buy super spicy spec sake 😳. I tried a variety of dry sake at an off-line meeting the other day, and I thought that a fruity dry sake would be a good choice. I thought, "If it's fruity and dry, I can go for it," so I bought it. I was curious about Sanzenmori because Jay & Nobby drink it a lot 🤔. According to the official website, the rice is Miyamanishiki and Akita Komachi. Both are produced in Nagano Prefecture. I don't feel any gas, but there are microbubbles in the glass. The top aroma is fruity, like peaches and apples. When you drink it, the gorgeousness spreads and you can feel some sweetness, but it is sharp and dry, and it is crisp and clean. I think I might like this type of dry wine. I would like to explore the fruity type with a light dry taste in the future 😁.

A rare golden hawk that is rarely seen even in Nishinomiya. It is sweet and easy to drink, but it has a little graininess. I think Nada Boast, which I drank last year, was easier to drink. There is an H sign after the company name, but I wonder if it is made by Shirataka.

Fresher than expected. Sweet and spicy with a nice sharpness. I imagined it would be spicier, but it has a cool, muscat-like feeling, which I like. I got the impression that the hiyaoroshi feeling was not so strong. It seems to be more popular with everyone than Isao Heki's nama-zake. The sake level of Nanasho is about -7, and it is supposed to be sweeter, but I feel Nanasho is spicier than Nanasho. It has the same smoky taste as Isunbeki's nama-shu. Smoky sweet? 🤔

After one summer, it has a rounded mouthfeel. The top aroma is mild pineapple. It has a gorgeous aroma and a pear-like sweetness. The sake is rated -6 on the sake meter, but it is not as sweet as the sake meter, and has an atmosphere like a food sake. It has a bitter taste towards the end. It is more fruity and sweet at room temperature. The first half of the bottle is very nice, but the second half is very spicy...

Sake-no-wa says the brewery is Kameoka Shuzo, but it seems to be Chiyonokame Shuzo now. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui. The yeast is Matsuyama Mitsui. Slightly sweet and refreshing, but with a delicious rice flavor. It has a slightly peculiar and peculiar flavor. The peculiar peculiar flavor is like an off-flavor sometimes found in light blue bottles of sake. I've had this flavor at Yamori in the past, and several other times... I think it got a little better after I transferred the bottles. I bought the rest of the sake that was sold at the Hanshin Department Store Nishinomiya's Nama Sake Fair around June because they were still selling it, but I wonder if I made a mistake. Kaygetsu came to the tasting and sale, but they don't come to Umeda very often, but they come to Nishinomiya and Amagasaki a lot 🤔.

Hi bouken 😃 The possibility of off-flavors due to light blue bottles 🤔 interesting. I think light blue bottles are often found in summer liquors, so it will be difficult to verify this 😅I'll keep it in mind if I have a chance to encounter it in the future!

Sorry for the multiple comments 🙇. I didn't know about the OF problem with the light blue bottles, so I'm late to the party, but it was a good learning experience for me! It seems to be caused by the copper used to color the light blue bottles, so it sounds like it could be an individual bottle or some defect in the cleaning process after manufacturing 🤔.

I bought this sake at an event held at Hanshin Department Store. The photo shows only a small portion of the selection, but there were so many that it was hard to choose just one. It is not written on the bottle, but according to the POP at the store, it had a sake degree of +6, right? The retro-looking label with "Sake-Oh" written on it is cool. Like a pirate king or adventure king. It has a sweet taste with a little bit of floral flavor at the beginning. The second half is sharp and sharply pungent. I think it has a big range of taste impression from the beginning to the end. It is spicy, but has a nice aroma and a strong umami flavor. It tastes sweeter than when just opened.

I was wondering what the same company that did Tenka and Shihu would do with the Meimon Shukai now that they've taken over the business? I was wondering what they were going to do with the prestigious sake associations, and then they released it 😊. Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour. Is it white malted rice? It's so acidic that I thought it was white malted rice. It also has a slightly dry atmosphere. It has a unique taste, but it is delicious. I wonder if the product for the Meimon Shukai that was sold before was Yuyamanishiki, but instead of using Yuyamanishiki, they used Gohyakumangoku to separate it from Honami.

Refreshing, sweet and sour. It has a stronger apple taste than the fire-brewed Apple Pom Pom I had before. The alcohol content is low at 7 degrees, so it is like a juice. Although the alcohol content is low, it is delicious and has a green apple taste. I didn't know this was a joint development with Motox. I didn't know that. It's the same as Iori and Iyano.

It is said to be the oldest brewery in Miyagi Prefecture. Fresh and mellow. The acidity is strong. I wonder if it is better to let it sit for a while after opening it. As expected, sweetness appeared on the 3rd day. I wonder if Houyou tastes better on the third day 🤔.

Basically, you can only buy this sake at the brewery, but it was sold at the Hanshin Department Store in Nishinomiya. It is a relatively new brewery, founded in 2005. It was spun off from the Osawa Brewery (now Osawa Honke Brewery), which is located next door. It seems that the two breweries were separated due to differences in direction, and they do not get along well with each other despite being neighbors. Osawa Honke Shuzo's brand name is Houmusume. It is the only active wooden brewery in Nada Gogo. A peculiar aroma. It has a thick mouthfeel. Slightly sweet and nutty. The nuttiness becomes stronger in the latter half of the bottle, and the taste is sharp and clean. It is a bit on the dry side, but I prefer it to the Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo I had before. I prefer the Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo I had before. Well, maybe it has a little bit of an aged feel. I drank junmai ginjo 4 years ago, so it's possible that my taste has changed...

Good morning bouken 😃 The original owner would not be amused if it was independent and next to it, the name Kurazaku was also named Osawa 🤣It's good to see new breweries being created, but I wish they would take on more challenges anyway 😆.

Hi Rafa 😃 They are right next to each other, so it's convenient to haggle 😁. Houmusume has added sugar and Tokuwaka is mainly junmai, so maybe they are well separated 🤔I think that's the cause of the split 😅.
