Purchased at Hanshin Department Store in Nishinomiya because it was last one.
It had a freshness typical of summer sake, a little nutty and complex, and a bitter taste. I thought it would be a bit sweeter, but it wasn't.
It is better to drink it with food than on its own.
I had high hopes for Honshu Ichi, which uses 2021 yeast, because it is delicious, but the breweries are different and the direction is different, so it's hard to say 🤔.
It's been 2 days and I think it tastes better than when I just opened it.
A little sourness, gentle sweetness, and a hint of nuttiness.
