Purchased at the annual hiyaoroshi event at the Hanshin Department Store Nishinomiya posted earlier by Pekka Ru.
It was a spectacular sight to see over 150 varieties of hiyaoroshi!
The label doesn't say, but according to the Meimon Sake Kai's website, it looks like hiyaoroshi.
I bought some jackets, but I thought hiyaoroshi was rare in kijo sake, so I bought some.
It's juicy, sweet and sour like a melon. It also tastes a little complex. It's a kijoshu, but it's not too sweet and easy to drink. The label is really cute too!
The logo says "90" so I wonder if the base sake is based on the 90% milled rice ratio sake I bought at Harukas last year 🤔.
Smoked octopus from Shibasho, which was on sale for the Hiyaoroshi event, was served with the sake.
I really wanted the melt-in-your-mouth smoked mackerel, but it seemed to be sold out immediately so I couldn't buy it 😿.
After tasting a few things, I bought smoked octopus and smoked chicken wings 😁.
It looks like boiled octopus sashimi, but the smoked aroma was so delicious 😋.

Hello, bouken!
No~, you are as good as you think you are! Your choice of sake is different. So there was a Hiyayogoshi of Kijo sake?
That's amazing! I had not gone through it...
That looks like a very interesting sake!
