It also smells like fermented soybeans.
It is not a negative scent! This is fine!
It tastes fruity when you drink it, but it is not equal to muscat.
It is an easy to drink sake with just the right amount of sweetness!

From the label and the description, it looks more like a wine than a sake 🧐 but I can sense the Japanese spirit in the subtle natto aroma lurking in the back 😌.
I can smell it in the back of the bottle!

I eat only natto (fermented soybeans) because it is good for me. Maybe that's why I am sensitive to the smell of natto... lol
