ラル大佐Drinking Outside with Sake Sensei Part 3
The next one is Kudokibe!
I have drunk many kinds of kudoki, but this is the first time for me to drink kudoki. I was hesitant to buy it because it was a little expensive.
When I drank it, I was surprised! Kudokideki is synonymous with sweetness, but the mild sweetness and the unique bitterness that comes later give it a completely different flavor from the regular version.
This one is just as good!
Thank you very much for your kindness! ラル大佐Outside Drinking with Sake Sensei, Part 2
After a moderate amount of Kuronawa, we move on to Nabeshima's summer sake.
Nabeshima is known for its rich and mellow image, but this summer sake is different.
While it retains the mellow Nabeshima character, it also has a refreshing summer sake taste. The use of alcohol must be exquisite. No wonder everyone is buying it.
Thank you very much for your kindness! ラル大佐Drinking outside with a sake master after a long time
We went to "Rashii", which he says is the ultimate izakaya (Japanese style bar), for the first time in a while.
We had a course of 6,000 yen, which included a meal, and while there were bottles of sake on the table, we also drank Jyushidai and Jikin. They also serve Ryuusen and Ryugetsu when the season is right, so it makes sense that this is the ultimate izakaya.
This time, we toasted with Kuronawa,
The toasting aroma is a ginjo aroma that lingers in the air.
The mouthfeel is sweet and fruity, as is typical of Jyushidai, but the al-graciousness makes it light and refreshing. We prefer this one to the Ginzensen, which is also made by Aru Gracious.
I heard that it is equivalent to Souhoku in terms of specs, and those that fail to meet Souhoku's standards become Kuronawa.
I am not sure about the difference in taste, though.
Thank you very much for your kindness! しんしんSYColonel Lal, it has been a very long time. I visited your restaurant a while ago and found that Jyushidai was the future of sake. Kuronawa is also delicious. Please come back with me when you go to Sendai 🍶. ポンちゃんHello Colonel Lal ☀☀☀.
It's been a while since I've seen you, Sake Sensei ❣️ I even started to wonder what today's Jyushiyo is ✨It's a really great izakaya! ラル大佐Shinshin-san It's been a while 😁.
It's a selfish assumption, but I think Rashii has a high rate of sake future 💦.
I hope we can have fun together again 🤘. ラル大佐Hi Ponchan 😁
Recently, Sensei seems to be going to Rasai once a month, calling it a regular meeting 😄.
There are more than 15 bottles of sake from various famous breweries, so it's quite satisfying 🤘. Akabu無濾過生原酒 純米吟醸 AKABU純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 しんしんSY19th drink

Junmai Ginjo-shu made from Banshu Aizan, a rare variety of sake produced in Hyogo Prefecture. In addition to a calm, standing aroma, it is characterized by a fruity overtone that is typical of Aiyama. After the sake is sipped, the elegant flavor of the rice can be felt, and it is crisp and well-balanced. It is recommended to be served cold, and is a perfect food sake that goes well with all kinds of food. KoeigikuTasogare Orange 黄昏オレンジ 無濾過生原酒純米原酒生酒無濾過 しんしんSY7th cup 7️⃣

Refreshing aroma of citrus and green apple.
Along with the piquant gasiness, sweet and sour taste like mandarin orange juice spreads in the mouth.
A soft umami rolls over the tongue and finishes with a bitter grapefruit aftertaste.

My recommendation.
Silver label is new to me.
It's Ginpu.
I'm very happy to see it because I haven't been able to see Hana-yosu recently. ☺️
I enjoyed the pineapple 🍍 feeling!
a great deal of knowledge

The name "Maha-Magi-chan" comes from a comparison with "Fushigi-chan" which was released around the beginning of the year. The difference between the two sakes, made from the same Yamada-Nishiki, is only 1% of the rice polished to 45% and 44%. It is a "wonder" that they produce sake with different expressions. The aroma is gorgeous with a hint of citrus fruits, the mouthfeel is smooth, and the fruity, gorgeous flavor of high quality spreads throughout the mouth.

Now it was my turn to choose.
The odd red label is eye-catching👀.
Tasake is known for its appleiness 🍎.
Compared to the standard Tasake, I think the apple flavor is relatively restrained.
But this sake is also full of fruity flavor!
It goes well with grilled fish!
Knowledge
This limited edition sake has a light flavor that is relatively rare among Tazake brands. The refreshing and clean acidity is well balanced and makes the cup go down a treat. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
