Drinking outside with a sake master after a long time We went to "Rashii", which he says is the ultimate izakaya (Japanese style bar), for the first time in a while. We had a course of 6,000 yen, which included a meal, and while there were bottles of sake on the table, we also drank Jyushidai and Jikin. They also serve Ryuusen and Ryugetsu when the season is right, so it makes sense that this is the ultimate izakaya. This time, we toasted with Kuronawa, The toasting aroma is a ginjo aroma that lingers in the air. The mouthfeel is sweet and fruity, as is typical of Jyushidai, but the al-graciousness makes it light and refreshing. We prefer this one to the Ginzensen, which is also made by Aru Gracious. I heard that it is equivalent to Souhoku in terms of specs, and those that fail to meet Souhoku's standards become Kuronawa. I am not sure about the difference in taste, though. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Colonel Lal, it has been a very long time. I visited your restaurant a while ago and found that Jyushidai was the future of sake. Kuronawa is also delicious. Please come back with me when you go to Sendai 🍶.

Shinshin-san It's been a while 😁. It's a selfish assumption, but I think Rashii has a high rate of sake future 💦. I hope we can have fun together again 🤘.

Hi Ponchan 😁 Recently, Sensei seems to be going to Rasai once a month, calling it a regular meeting 😄. There are more than 15 bottles of sake from various famous breweries, so it's quite satisfying 🤘.
