The second drink in the rainy season sky. (^o^) This one is refreshing, but it also has sourness and punch. I guess it is typical of Fukuoka. It's the second cup after a meal, it's the finishing touch. (^o^)

Rainy season, misty rain ☔. I don't want to get off the station and walk quickly home. So I had a cup of sake. Sake from Shizuoka. It is called "Junmai" (pure rice), but it is refreshing and sweet. This kind of sake is good in summer. It's fun to go out with a glass of sake.

3rd cup. (^o^) I think it is delicious. Well-balanced sake. It has just the right amount of sweetness, umami, and bitterness. I get drunk when I drink this kind of sake. I decided to finish off with this one because Gokayama is famous for its gassho-zukuri (palm-shaped structures). I had been to Shirakawa-go before, but not to Gokayama in the north. Let's end today's sake trip with a taste of it at least! Here's to the people who are living strong and well-honed in the harsh natural environment. (Cheers!)

Yes, this has a robust flavor. It also has acidity. It has a clear taste. It is labeled "PIANO Yuho. The back of the bottle says that they want you to drink it while listening to Beethoven's piano sonata "Denen". I am not a mere drinker (^o^) I know piano sonata (^o^)

Friday night, as usual, we enjoyed sake (^o^) Nice aroma, mild aroma (^o^) And the sweetness and bitterness are not too strong. It tastes different from the Nagano sake I've been drinking recently. It makes me feel like traveling all over Japan just by drinking it like this(^o^). It is not a waste of money, right?

I ate and settled down for now. Crab cream croquette. It has nothing to do with sake. The proprietress recommended San Shoraku, which is new to the restaurant. This tastes as good as the crab cream croquette. (^o^) It has character. It has a sour taste 🐜 and the aroma of koji (malted rice) comes through well. It's a pure sake, isn't it? I was convinced that this was the case.

This is my fourth drink today. I'm going home now. Good sake at the I've had it before, but Tamitsu is good 😋. Sweet and gentle taste. Jikin, Zakku, but Mie's sake is good sake 😋.

Third cup. This is a bitter sake. Water is delicious. It goes well with Spanish mackerel tempura. Harima is the Seto Inland Sea, right? I thought it was seafood, but there are also yams from Tanba Sasayama. Then let's order some Yamatoimo tuna, too, and drink endlessly (^o^).

Second cup. (^o^) Unlike the first cup of Fukuda, it is sweet🐜. It has a calm and full flavor. It is delicious with the bitter taste of bamboo shoot tempura. This is how I drink endlessly. What should I drink next?

Today is payday. (^o^) If it is, I will drink. I'll drink it while thinking that I'll take a hot spring bath somewhere for a day or so on consecutive holidays. It has a sour 🐜 and refreshing taste. It is easy to drink. It must be fish from the sea. I saw Spanish mackerel and bamboo shoot tempura on the menu. Let's order this. (^o^)

Third cup. I like the dry with a little sweetness at the end. It also has a bitter taste 🐜 enjoy the aftertaste. I have to move on to the next restaurant before the rain outside gets stronger again. I'm not going to drink any more, though. I'm feeling calm now, so it's time for karaoke. P.S. I just realized something. It would be even better if we match it with food. Today we have seasonal bonito and yellowtail. This sake is ayu fish sashimi. And grilled eggplant. Rice eggplant with sweet miso on it. (^o^)I remember going to Arashiyama in Kyoto one day.

This is my third drink today. If I take a picture of every single one, there is Jyushiyo (^o^). Then I'll drink it after this sake (^o^). It is sweet and aromatic. The water is delicious. It's honest. And when I stroke the top of the chin with my tongue, it smells fragrant again.

Second cup! I've had my meal, I've settled in, and I'm ready for another round. It is gorgeous, sweet and graceful. Just like the brand name.
