Now, Kabutomushi, a Japanese sake, is characterized by its acidity. It is said to be a domaine. What is Domaine? It means to do everything from rice production to brewing. I learned a lot, Mr. Cockatoo.
I don't think sake is a good remedy for heat stroke, but it is good to drink before going to bed.
It is sweet and sour (^o^) and delicious when eaten with tempura (^o^).
