Cold sake.
Faint sweet aroma of aging.
The good sense of maturity is delicious! The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. Old sake has an image of being difficult to get used to, but perhaps because it is a native-production sake, it has a good acidity and can be drunk easily.
When I combined it with thick tsukudani, it lost. If you want to use it as a sake for a meal, heating it up seems to be better. The brewery also recommends drinking it warm. But it's good cold too😊.

I'm sorry to bother you.
Hakuin Masamune is also good for heating.

sato.
Thank you for the information ☺️.
I drank quite a bit too much that day and was sorry I couldn't add the heated sake.
I'll try to taste the heated one next time I see you😋.
