It has a slightly melon-like aroma and flows smoothly. Quite a refreshing drink. It's been a while since I drank outside. I drank this after drinking a lot at a beer festival, so it felt quite light. I took the Hanshin from Namba, but I overslept and had to go to Sannomiya. I forgot my shoulder strap on the train, but I had my sake bag with me and went to Asano-san💧. 180 mL

The cherry-like aroma and sweetness spreads and lingers a bit as it recedes. It is similar to Yokoyama's 1801 in that it uses 1801 yeast, but this one has a cleaner aftertaste. Naminode has an image of hand to hand, but Winter Jungin has an austere label with a big gap, and I was hesitant to choose it, but it ended up tasting sweet and delicious. 180 mL

It has a slight sweetness, but soon slips away with a touch of bitterness and alcohol. Like the cool sake I drank in the summer, Sawanoi has a strong image of dry sake. It has just the right slurpiness for a quick drink at a stand-up bar. We enjoyed it with Doteyaki. 180 mL

Good evening Mr. Yoohee😃 Once upon a time, almost 30 years ago, I used to go to Ome for work and I miss Ozawa Sake Brewery 😆 I don't remember drinking sake, but it was a famous local brewery 😊.

Good evening, Rafa papa. ⭐︎ I see that you went from Kansai to Ome. ‼︎ I admire your business trip to Tokyo, it makes me feel like I'm working. I have an image that sake breweries in Tokyo seem to be very valued by the people of Edo.
