It has a clean, dry taste. While it has a mild and mellow aroma, it does not have the distinctive aroma often associated with old sake, It does not have the unique aroma that is often found in old sake. It has a strong rice flavor, yet it is somewhat wine-like. The acidity is like that of white grapes or lemon. The lingering umami flavor is the only thing that lingers and then fades away. It is very elegant. (Umaa! Taste 4.5/5

Flavors of white grapes and flowers. A little citrus peel on the nose. There is a slight, fine, squashy sensation. The sweetness is quickly felt on the tip of the tongue, with a slight delay in the astringency. The impression is slim but sharp. The umami spreads smoothly in the mouth. It has a slightly koji-like flavor. It gently fades with the acidity. It would be even better with a side dish. Taste level ☆3/5

I found that I forgot to raise it during the Bon Festival. Log available. Sake with gold leaf. Recommended by the waiter. Sour and refreshing. The texture is a little crispy. The rice flavor comes through with a kick. The aftertaste is fruity acidity and crispy bitterness. The rice is delicious. 4/5 stars for my taste.

Honey-like sweetness and mild mouthfeel. Flavors like honey and, Sweet and sour, melting like ripe fruit. Well-rounded, moderately light and pleasant to drink. A deep, savory flavor. Delicious! My phone broke down, so I'll be on my old phone for a while. The picture quality is low... 4/5 stars for my liking
