Light melon aroma. When you drink it, the flavor is like vanilla essence for a moment, melon and lime-like flavors. The sweetness is moderate. The beautiful texture is full of umami, The umami of the rice slowly builds up. You can feel the depth. The sweetness comes later, and there is a hint of rice flavor. This is a good sake. 4/5 stars for my taste.
