It's sweet, fresh, and high in alcohol. エムコミヤIt is easy to drink with its lightly nigorize-like color while maintaining the strength typical of Yamahai. エムコミヤA fruity yet delicious taste of rice. エムコミヤSpecial Junmai unfiltered undiluted sake, Miyamanishiki. Miyamanishiki is rare in Niigata. The taste is sharp and typical of Niigata.
