ALC 16%, Sake meter degree +6, Acidity 1.5

This is the 7th sake of the day😃.
It has a subtle aroma and is a refreshingly light and dry type of sake 😋.
I added a side dish...bonito tataki with salsa...it was a very peculiar side dish but this sake made my mouth water 😆.
