Continuing the dry sake discussion.
It is true that it has acidity and makes you think it is dry, but the aftertaste is sweet. Rather sweet. Rather sweet.
It gives the impression of a sweet-tasting sake.
Personally, I think the dry sake problem will continue to be a problem in the future as well as the summer sake problem.
