I was drinking Honkin Light Nigori a while ago, but I missed posting it when I was talking to the guy at the store😅.
It has a rather robust taste with a slightly sharp aftertaste.
We were talking about dry sake and he said this was rather dry, but everyone has their own perception. It is also rather sweet.
It is usually delicious.
