I'm eating sekogani crab, so I decided to go with a sake from the Sea of Japan side of the island.
I had Haneya and Midorikawa, but this was it.
A solid dry sake. It doesn't suit the wine glass style of this restaurant, and I'd like to warm it up a bit, but it's delicious. Not sure if it goes well with crab.
Last year I could not eat any crab, but this year I could conquer Kabako, Seiko, and Seko. Please don't say they are all the same.
