Lastly, I chose Chiyomusubi, a Tottori sake🤗.
I am a big fan of Tottori sake, and I was surprised by its gorgeous aroma and sweetness that made me think it was a Junmai Daiginjo even though it is a Junmai Ginjo 😳.
It was a spectacular sake that was a fitting end to the evening 😋.
The fun time flew by...
There were many more things we wanted to talk about, but we had to leave early in the morning the next day, so the 2.5 hour party came to an end 🥺.

J&N-san brought the Sentori Kirifuri all the way from Tochigi!
This is not available in Hiroshima, so I was very impressed 🤩.
And since it's a draft sake, I was also impressed by the thoughtfulness of putting refrigerant in the bag to keep it chilled 🥺!
J&N, I got your Tochigi love 🫶🙌!
We saw them off to their hotel and promised to meet again with a handshake at the end 🤝.

Next, we chose Ko no Tsukasa, which was introduced along with Tenbi and Yoshidagurau in a special feature in dancyu called "Three Sake Breweries of Hope with Nothing but the Future" 🤗.
It is super dry, but has a gentle sweetness and a crisp, refreshing quality that makes it perfect for a mealtime drink 😋.
The seared conger eel sashimi was superb and the perfect marriage with the sake 🤤.

Next up was another Hiroshima sake, Amego no Tsuki 🌙🤗.
This was my first time to drink a honjozo sake from Ugo no Tsuki 🌙, and it was easy to drink with a gentle and elegant ginjo aroma and a soft and well-balanced flavor 😋.

One August
J&N invited us to meet them as they are planning a trip to Hiroshima in October.
J&N x T&K will be collaborating for the first time ✨
And it will be my first time to participate in an offline meeting 🤗.
On the day of the meeting, we met in front of the restaurant.
I had never met him before, but I immediately recognized him as J&N and called out to him, and we met for the first time 🤩.
I was relieved to see them, who seemed to be just as warm and kind as I had imagined. ☺️
We entered the restaurant and toasted with beer first 🍻.
We ordered a square of sashimi and a wagon with a selection of fish, including sea bream grilled with salt and conger eel sashimi.
After the dishes are delivered, it's time to toast with sake 🍶.
We chose Gen as the first sake from Hiroshima 🤗.
Slightly dry, yet fruity and gorgeous sake that goes perfectly with the sashimi 👌

Travel in the Chugoku Region④.
T-Kaji chose this izakaya 🏮 which has a wide variety of fish and excellent cosmopolitan 👍.
Fish is brought in by wagon and they teach you a lot of things 🤗 well, I can't remember 😅.
The sashimi was delicious, but the seared conger eel sashimi, which is a limited edition, was also delicious 😋.
The sake we drank was Ko no Tsukasa from Aichi Prefecture! Although it is called super-harsh, the aroma is sweet and the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink 😋.
I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but here's a picture of T-Kaji's longing for a cheers 🤗.
The three of us cheered together! I asked him to take a picture and send it to me: ‼️
He told me that he didn't know many sake lovers around him 🥲.
But that's okay. 🙆🏻🙆🏻♀️ I think this debut has opened up a wide range of possibilities for me...
Oh! Also, I went to the Sake Shop Yamada Edion Tsutaya, which is always mentioned by Kaji 😊It was quite big and had a wide selection of products 🤗.

Back in mid-August, I heard about a teppan-yaki restaurant in Hiroshima recommended by Sake no Wa Kome, and we ended up having dinner together. ‼️ is our first encounter on this trip 🥹.
This is the man who made the reservation for us!

Oh, I made a mistake, it's T-Kaji 🤗.
It was his first time to attend an offline meeting, but he is a calm gentleman who is much younger than us 😁As always, it is great to be able to talk and get to know each other immediately even though we are meeting for the first time ❗️
As they say, like attracts like, and we, ladies and gentlemen, are suited for calm and mature people. ☺️
After quenching our thirst with beer 🍶, we were served the moon after rain 🌕 following the vision we had earlier 😋.
It was our first moon after the rain 🤗It has a nice aftertaste from the zingy flavor that spreads in the mouth with a calm taste. ☺️

After lunch, we moved to the A-bomb Dome and were surprised at the number of people there 😳It was a weekday, but the place was full of students on school trips and foreigners 🫢.
As we were walking towards the Peace Memorial Museum, a man passing by said to us, "It's a one to two hour wait" 😫.
I went to the museum and found that it was indeed crowded, but I was able to get in surprisingly easily without waiting that long 🙂.
I don't know why this happens, what makes people do such things...as Duke Shibusawa said, I felt speechless and sad.
My legs were tired after walking quite a bit so far, so once I rested and recovered at the hotel, I went for dinner ❗️
We are meeting up with someone 🤗.
The first sake we had at the restaurant was Gen-san, which was recommended by Hiroshima Sake.
It is a refreshing sake that goes perfectly with fish 🐟, but has a deep flavor 😋.
Now, who is that man from Gen ⁉️
