The taste is not so much sourness, but bubbly, sweet and lychee aroma.
Not just the aroma, but the lychee flavor seems to come on strong. Sake feel is light.
It's delicious.
Easy to drink, not like 13%.
I drink too much myself trying to get women to drink it...
I drank it with soy milk hot pot today.
Both are good. And it warms you up.
