The name "Sparkling SAKE" is aptly fitting for this highly carbonated drink. The aroma and taste are similar to that of Tasake's Junmai Ginjo. The sweetness of the rice and the gaseous taste go well together, and it can be drunk in large gulps. I did not notice any alcohol or bitterness, so it is recommended for beginners. The bottle was empty after about 2 hours.

One of the brands that I want to drink regularly. Aroma fruity and full-bodied rice sweetness. It finishes with a dry taste while leaving a lingering aftertaste. If you feel that a light summer sake is not enough for you, the Tasake Special Junmai with its mellow umakuchi taste is the one for you.

Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a fresh pear-like aroma with a sense of gas. The supernatant has a fresh pear-like sweetness and acidity, and the latter half disappears nicely with a hint of bitterness. The overall impression changed to mild when the oli was mixed. Hats off to Yamazan for this freshness after fire-roasting. All Yamazan is delicious.
