I bought Ni-Rabbit's 10th anniversary label because it was so cute. The balance between sweetness and spiciness, heaviness and lightness, and umaguchi and lightness, which are synonymous with Nitoshi, are all perfectly maintained. The base is a mellow umakuchi type, but the bitter aftertaste accentuates it and makes it refreshing to drink. I have never had the normal version, so I could not tell the difference, but it was delicious.

This sake is delicious both chilled and at room temperature. The sake is mellow and mild, with no peculiarities in a good sense. It is moderately fruity with a hint of sweetness from the rice. It is easy to find and inexpensive, so it is suitable for everyday evening drinking.

This is the first time I've had Hozu Hozu from Sansho. The bottle was opened with a pleasant sound, and the wine was so shrieky that I thought it was going to blow out. The aroma is mild, and it seems to be more complex and thicker than the Yamadanishiki Gonohoro. The aftertaste is slightly bitter and crisp. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and the drinkability is the same as the other specs. I would not miss out on any of the specs of Sansho.

This is the first Junmai Ginjo from Collage. It is more gorgeous than the Junmai sake and the mouthfeel is more refreshing. It has a good balance of a hint of sweetness and a tangy acidity.
