We welcomed a sake that we enjoyed drinking at an izakaya.
The aroma is fruity, with a fresh sweetness and acidity like muscat, and the second half is tangy and dry.
Two days after opening the bottle, the sweetness and acidity increased and it became more mellow and muscat-like.
It is light on the palate, so it is easy to drink, but the umami and richness of junmai sake can also be felt and the balance is excellent!
