Sake angler
This is the first time I have had Hozu Hozu from Sansho.
The bottle was opened with a pleasant sound, and the wine seemed as if it were about to blow out.
The aroma is gentle, and the sweetness is more complex and thicker than that of Yamadanishiki Gonohoro.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter and crisp.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and the lightness is the same as the other specs.
Sansho is a recommended brand that you can't go wrong with any of the specs.
