The aroma was more subdued than the Hana-yoku, but it was sweet and fruity in the mouth.

Hououmida, famous for its fruity and gorgeous taste, made its debut in Hiyahoroshi✨.
The hiya oroshi is supposed to have a rather calm and gentle taste, but the fruity flavor was still there!
I can't wait to drink another brand!

Compared to the sweet sake we drank together, such as "Fish in the shade of a tree" and "Takachiyo," this one was light and fruity 🍹.

I'm glad I had the chance to try this sake, as I think it is limited to Akita Prefecture and is not something we have many chances to drink locally!

I was attracted by the store's introduction: "A limited edition sake from within the prefecture with a sweet aroma like a ripe melon and the perfect sweetness and acidity of the rice" 😳.
I wasn't sure if it was a melon or not at the time, but my friend who is a dry sake drinker who drank it with me raved about it ✨.
